It comes with great pleasure to nominate Rhonda Smith, LPN for the DAISY Award. She is dedicated to caring for others. On more than one occasion, she would volunteer for extra shifts to help take care of the patient with whom she has built a strong bond. We found her to be attentive and reliable in all aspects. She comes to work on time. She doesn't complain about working short. She comes to work with a smile on her face, and she is delightful to work with.
