Renee Jacobs
One of the greatest privileges of my role as a Dean of Nursing is watching exceptional students like Renee Jacobs discover their calling. Throughout her time at CNI College, Renee has shown a deep enthusiasm for learning and a talent for teamwork that shines as brightly in the classroom as on the clinical floor.
Clinical instructors and patients have frequently praised Renee for her attentiveness and her readiness to ask thoughtful questions. For example, in a busy hospital environment where everyone is rushing from one task to the next, she can work with ease and make her patients feel truly heard.
Her instructors have highlighted that she knows when a patient needs more than physical intervention, when they simply need someone to listen. She offers her full, undivided presence. This authenticity made patients feel it instantly.
While balancing patient care and empathy can be challenging, Renee does both naturally. Having her as a part of CNI College has been an absolute honor for all of us.
Words cannot describe how fortunate patients and future healthcare teams will be to work alongside her. We are certain she will continue to make a profound impact wherever her career takes her and will lift up everyone around her.
