Renee has been an extraordinary individual since beginning her employment with On With Life. She strives for excellence and is an amazing advocate for our Persons Served. She is always willing to share her knowledge, as well as her love and kindness. You can tell she is a strong believer in treating others as you would want to be treated. Other staff look to her for advice, and she is always willing to lend a hand. She treats our Persons Served as part of her family. When we started the nomination process in our facility, she received multiple nominations. The stories and examples given for why she deserved to be our honoree included a CNA staff member showing appreciation for Renee during an encounter, and Renee was thoughtful enough to thank the CNAs afterward. She is always trying to make sure everyone feels heard, feels seen, and is given the best care.
