MAJ RENATO M. INESORIA III NC stands out as a dynamic and dedicated Nurse Corps Officer in the Philippine Army, a leader who not only educates but inspires. As a cornerstone of the Health Service School (HSS), he has played a vital role in shaping the training landscape for military medical personnel, ensuring that every soldier under his guidance is prepared for the real-world demands of field operations. From mid-2023 to early 2025, he led the rollout of sixteen (16) career and specialty courses, equipping hundreds of medical students with life-saving clinical skills and tactical know-how. These programs didn’t just tick boxes; they were intentionally crafted to simulate the high-pressure, unpredictable conditions of combat and disaster zones. Whether in classroom lectures or simulation drills, he pushed for excellence, innovation, and relevance in every facet of instruction. His leadership went beyond the classroom. In December 2024, he played a key role in one of HSS’s biggest transitions, the successful relocation of the entire school. From logistics planning to creating a livable, learner-friendly environment, he made sure the move wasn’t just smooth but strategic. Today, that new school serves as a stronger foundation for both student growth and military readiness. What sets Major Inesoria apart is his ability to connect, to mentor future nurse leaders, collaborate across units, and align education with the Philippine Army’s evolving mission. His work isn’t just about training medics, it’s about building a force that’s smarter, tougher, and more prepared. In every sense, Major Inesoria embodies what it means to lead with purpose, teach with heart, and serve with honor.
