Renae is, without a doubt, the best leader I have ever worked with. As a clinical supervisor, she consistently goes above and beyond to support the team. She helps to create a positive work environment where all of her teammates feel valued and empowered. She addresses challenges with grace and skill, and provides an unwavering commitment to not only her team but her patients. She always does what is best for the patients, their families, and the team. Renae is one of the most selfless, compassionate people I know. We are blessed to have such a leader.
