My stay at OPRMC was fantastic from the moment I arrived in the ER to the moment I left. When I arrived at the Ortho unit, I have never been so impressed, and I've been practicing medicine for 50 years. I know what good care looks like. Renae was my nurse on Saturday night & she's a star. She's superb in every facet of the game. Renae needs to go to the head of the class. I don't know how you could get a better nurse than her. From the moment she introduced herself, I could tell she was amazing. She was an excellent communicator because she would tell me she would be back in an hour, and she would return in an hour. I never needed to push that call light for anything because she explained everything and then would follow through on what she told me. Renae was professional, knowledgeable, informative, and any other adjective I could think of, I would use! My care was outstanding, including all the people that cared for me, including EKG tech, phlebotomy, just everyone. I have never had an experience like this, but the staff at OPRMC are outstanding.
