My husband was admitted with some issues. He didn’t want to be admitted and was very close to signing out AMA in the ER just because he hates hospitals and all. When we got to the floor, my husband was very hungry, and Remona made sure he got something to eat because trays had already been passed. She also brought us a fan, which made my husband more comfortable, more at home, and eased his mind about staying here at the hospital. We can both tell Remona cares. My husband was not just a room number. She cared that he was comfortable and well cared for. Remona was very compassionate. Staying in the hospital isn't easy, but Remona made it better for both of us. She didn’t just take care of him; she also made sure I was okay and comfortable. We both thank her.
