I was a patient in the not-so-popular part of the ER. I came in with an attempted suicide. I was ashamed and didn't really want to talk to anyone. The nurse who was assigned to me was Regenea. 

I told her things I told no one else in the hospital. She made me feel comfortable, calm, and rested. Always coming into my room to make me smile with the bright smile she had on her face. Her demeanor was always sweet, and never did I, at one time, feel ashamed of my thoughts or actions that I had earlier that day.

 I am thankful for nurses. I am especially thankful for those who love their jobs. Regenea was made to be a nurse and made to shine. Thank you very much!
