I can't say enough about this nurse; he was probably the nurse I had the most contact with in the five days I was there. His actual hands-on care was matched by his emotional support.

One moment that stands out is when I got back to my room from a minor procedure that took a couple of hours longer because no one could get an IV started. Reece was right there within seconds to let me know what had happened and that a special nurse was on her way to start one. He let me know that he knew how worn out I was at that point and wanted to help in any way he could. Sure enough, he was there after the procedure was done.

I also noticed how the other people reacted to him, he is very well thought of, didn't really surprise me though! I would like to mention I have a background in nursing and healthcare, and even though it's been a number of years, it's instilled in my very soul. I find I can't help but notice so many things other people seem to miss. I have never had such a pleasant and restful stay in a hospital.

I wish every hospital and care facility had people like Reece on staff. I can honestly say I'll never forget him, as well as everyone that I had contact with.
