It is not enough to call her a Manager or a Charge Nurse; she is a second mother to us all.
Many thanks and gratitude to Ms. Reda: Thank you for your constant support and for embracing us all. We are truly lucky to work with such a kind-hearted person who always stands by us. Having a senior as skilled and dedicated as you allows us to work with total peace of mind. Your expertise and quick thinking are a constant source of security for us all. No matter what we say about your clinical skill, it wouldn't be enough; you are always up to the responsibility and a source of pride for us. Our love for you grows day by day; you are our greatest gain, and our hearts are truly attached to you.

You have been a role model. Thank you for everything you have contributed to the work and for your unwavering dedication. May you always remain at the forefront. As the verse says: 'Indeed, Allah does not allow the reward of those who do good to be lost.' Thank you, Ms. Reda, for supporting us since the beginning of our internship. Through you, we learned that there are people of great expertise, knowledge, and respect who serve as true examples. Both the interns and the staff find a piece of your name in their experience: we are all truly 'Reda' (satisfied and content) with your treatment and everything you provide.

Words cannot describe the extent of our love for Ms. Reda. It is not enough to call her a Manager or a Charge Nurse; she is a second mother to us all. It is enough that she meets us every day with a cheerful, welcoming face, never finding fault or falling short in supporting us educationally or socially. She is one of the best people in our unit.
I will never forget when I first arrived at the building and knew nothing; she gave me chance after chance. She always caught the mistakes I kept forgetting—I don't even know how she does it! That is why I love to call her 'Auntie Reda' without any formalities. She is simply one of the best personalities I have ever met in my life, not just at work.
