I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the entire team for the exceptional care I received during one of the most difficult times in my life. After trying for a long time to have a baby with my husband, I experienced a miscarriage during my first pregnancy.

Facing this kind of loss far from my home country, in a place where I had no close friends and was still adjusting to a new language, made everything even more overwhelming. During this time, Becky truly went above and beyond. Her kindness, patience, and support made a world of difference.

She was always there answering my messages, checking in, and most of all, making me feel seen and cared for. She is the only one who consistently remembered my name, which may seem like a small detail, but meant so much that it made me feel like more than just a patient.

Beyond her kindness, Becky is extremely professional and incredibly competent. She clearly knows what she is doing, and that gave me peace of mind during a very uncertain time. It always felt like I was in good hands with her. She has that calm confidence and expertise that immediately earns your trust.
