Rebecca, better known as Becky, displays so many of the We Care Behaviors and the Core Values. She shows up every day with the patients and the team in mind. She is very caring and shows so much empathy in how she cares for patients. She is very professional and has great rapport with the team, patients, and Physicians. She is the access manager and ensures all the patients are on target for CVC removal. Does a great job. She is truly a team player. No tardiness or call-outs. Picks up extra days when another nurse is on PTO. She helps ensure that all patient care activities are completed by their due dates. She is truly a nurse who cares and shows up every day.

One example of high-level compassion: Patient had many bags to pack and take to the lobby after her dialysis treatment. Her PCT was tied up with another patient. Becky actually was trying to catch up her charting, but she stopped what she was doing, packed up the patient's bags and carried them to the lobby. Becky is such a joy to work with.
