He showed concern the entire time. He was compassionate and understanding. He made it very easy being there, although my daughter was in a lot of pain. He let us know that how she was doing truly mattered.

My daughter is 10 weeks pregnant, and we came to the emergency room because she was bleeding very badly and in excruciating pain. Ray was truly heaven-sent! We will forever be grateful for his skills and kindness.
