This nurse is always willing to assist the PCTs, whether with their own patients or others who need help, and never hesitates to lend a hand with IV insertions, blood draws, or any other tasks that ensure our patients receive timely, high-quality care. This nurse collaborates closely with providers, including physicians and nurse practitioners, to coordinate the most appropriate care for each patient and consistently advocates for their needs. When certain tests or labs need to be expedited, this nurse takes the initiative to ensure they are completed promptly and efficiently.

One particular example highlights this nurse’s dedication. There was a patient who was awaiting transfer to the CCU and urgently required additional critical medications. This nurse persistently communicated with the physicians, Nursing leadership, and CCU staff to ensure a smooth and timely transition. Because of this nurse’s persistence and advocacy, the patient received the necessary interventions without extreme delay.
