I went to the ER because my mother was in there, and her nurse was very kind, with a big smile on his face, and made you just feel welcome. I get anxiety from hospitals, and I usually can't handle being in one for too long, but he made it all more enjoyable when he came in to take the IV solution off, just by the way he looked at my mother with such a gentle smile and compassion. I told my mother he seemed like a good nurse, and she said he was great at multi-tasking and very nice and that he had a kind heart. That makes a really good nurse, a nurse who puts their heart into it. Nursing is a hard job; many could learn from this gentleman.
