After surgery, we had trouble with pain management and ended up staying two nights. Randi never gave up. She advocated for any and everything that may help, including a nerve blocker. Her compassion went above and beyond what nursing requires. We felt more like we were being cared for by family.

She was prompt with meds, but we never felt rushed. She had all the time we needed. She very patiently answered every question we had in terms we understood. She listened to our wishes and concerns; that was proven in her actions! There was only one patient, but she also prepared me to take care of him at home and gave me not only information and coffee but also respect for us both! She is truly priceless!
