Ramona went above and beyond with our efforts in breastfeeding and caring for our daughter. She showed us different tips and tricks through her 33 years of experience to keep us on track and not give up on our journey. Without her, we would have given up. She instilled confidence and reassurance that we would get through it with some hard work. Ramona even stayed over an hour after her shift ended just to help us with our last feeding at the hospital before we left to make sure we would stay on the right path in our breastfeeding journey. All the nurses we had during our time at Bellin were exceptional and she was still a standout. Ramona was even kind enough to exchange numbers in case of any questions or concerns and offered to even come to our home on her on time to make sure we succeeded. In general, there really aren’t many people like Ramona, she’s one of a kind and without doubt our DAISY Nurse.

Baby was having trouble latching and I was getting frustrated. Ramona came to help us multiple times and always came back when she said she was. She was also so educated on breastfeeding and was able to explain the reasons behind what I was experiencing. As a new first-time mom, I really appreciated her help. What an amazing nurse she is!
