Ms. Rachunon goes above and beyond, and I am thankful that she is my manager.

First of all, she listens to her staff and gives them her time to sit down and talk over whatever problems they encounter at the workplace, and she always discusses and helps resolve the problems with a fair decision.

Second, when I had a problem with my daughter regarding her teenage life with friends, Ms. Rachunon was just one text away. She replied to me even when she was off duty, and she helped find a solution to my problem.

Then one morning, she came from night duty, but she did not leave until she helped me solve my problems. She always asks how my daughter is doing and is still willing to give me advice when it is needed. When she passes me in the hallway, she always makes sure to see how I am doing. It is not only for me, but for everyone on her team.

Finally, the best way I can describe Ms. Rachunon is that she is a very humble person. I can not repay what she has done in our lives, and I am always thankful.
