We are deeply grateful for Rachele. As a family, it was one of the hardest moments we’ve ever gone through, seeing our mother in the hospital, vulnerable and in pain. But in the middle of all that uncertainty and fear, Rachele was a light. She wasn’t just a nurse to us, she was like an angel sent at the right moment.

She was always present, patient, and incredibly kind. She answered every single one of our questions without hesitation or frustration, no matter how many times we asked. You could feel how much she truly cared, not just about doing her job, but about our mom, and about us as a family. Our mother was experiencing intense pain, and thanks to Rachele, her process was managed quickly and with as little suffering as possible.

She brought comfort in ways we can’t explain, just physical, but emotional.  People like her remind us what true compassion and dedication in healthcare look like. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have no idea how much she helped us, and how much she meant to our mother.
