Rachel Zekany, BSN, RN, PCCN

From day one, Rachel was attentive, nice, compassionate, and kind. She was always a ring away. She always has a smile on her face. And has an amazing bedside manner. Always helpful to peers and patients, not to mention knowledgeable. After a few days of sharing stories and finding out we have a lot in common, we just clicked. Each day I was in the Hospital, she would bring me a yogurt every morning. I am absolutely astonished by Rachel’s professionalism and attention to detail. Rachel is a caring, compassionate, and overall great individual. I am teary-eyed as I type this because of how much of an impact she has had on me during my stay at Penn. She reassured me throughout the tough times. And always made sure I was calm. I have a friend for life! Thank you for hiring an amazing, astonishing employee.
