Rachel performed her duties as a nurse that went above and beyond common care. I was to have a procedure done, and Rachel immediately picked up on my apprehension about this procedure. She asked questions kindly, which prompted concerns that I had. She said she would look into the necessity of this procedure. She left the room and came back with written documentation from medical notes that I had not seen before. This confirmed the necessity. She gave me a hug as I got teary-eyed. Rachel is an exceptional and professional nurse. She was very aware of my needs and met them without being asked!
