I was paired with Rachel for my clinical day as a BRCN senior. Rachel went above and beyond to provide me with clinical skill experience throughout our day. Despite the challenges thrown her way, she maintained a calm and kind presence, encouraging me to try new skills, even though it took longer.

Throughout our day, Rachel embodied ICARE standards and Blessing Hospital Policy by holding her nursing standards to the very highest, by not cutting corners. Rachel was very informative with all her patients and met them with non-judgment and a pure heart. The ER is blessed to have Rachel as a nurse.
