I would like to recognize Rachel for being an outstanding, amazing, above-and-beyond best nurse ever! Today was my first day having her as my nurse, and from the start of her shift change, as she was updated on my status, I knew immediately I had the right person taking care of all my medical needs! And I was correct! During the following hours, my BP rose to abnormal levels, and Rachel swiftly did everything to ensure my levels were addressed, and she worked beautifully with the doctor who was in the room, along with the doctor's APRN. She was the one who noticed immediately that I was in distress, and in my eyes, she saved me from being prematurely discharged. This is what I believe a medical professional does: protect and care for the patient to help them recover. She is kind, professional, on point, sharp, informative, and everything patients need to thrive while inside the hospital and maintain their health when released. I can honestly express that Rachel is the best nurse I have ever met. Thank you so much, and please let her know she is an earthly guardian angel and an exceptional nurse!
