Qoot is a person who does not know me but went out of her way and her job and helped me. I felt her compassion throughout my encounter with her
I received a letter from the Cardiac Center that told me not to come for my appointment as the doctor will call me for the appointment, but they asked me to come to do a test, that test was the echo. When I went to do the echo I found out that they had lost my request and the department told me they cannot do the test without the request. I returned to the elevator trying to think of a solution. At this time, I was afraid for my health, and I wanted to know what was in my heart. At this moment, I met someone I will never forget because she made me feel better and reassured. I told Qoot my problem and she said, "I'll help you solve it." She took my green card and went to the doctor to write a new request for me, then I went to the echo department to ensure that the request was received. This act of kindness is something I will never forget. I could have been trying for hours to solve the problem but she was there and she helped. She is a person who does not know me but went out of her way and her job and helped me. I felt her compassion throughout my encounter with her. I hope to meet her again and thank her for doing this service for me. The profession of nursing is a humanitarian profession, and this is explained to me by this random act of kindness. I hope that you read my letter and tell Qoot that she has made my day and, may God bless you and make you happy.
