Purnima is an excellent nurse—very helpful and always cheerful. Her interaction with my child was wonderful, and she cared for him with so much love, as if she were his own mother. She is truly amazing.

Even though she was not the nurse officially responsible for my child, she would come to check on him. Whenever she heard him crying, she would come to help me. She is genuinely a very caring nurse. When I was anxious and worried about my son, she never became annoyed with me like some other nurses did. Instead, she would calm me down and say, “Your child is like my child, don’t be afraid.”

She truly deserves all the appreciation and recognition for her dedication and sincerity in her work. I was truly impressed by her knowledge and quick response when my child’s oxygen level dropped—she performed her duties perfectly. Even after her shift had ended, she continued to come and help the nurse responsible for my child. I told her to go since her shift was over, but she said, “No, I will help the nurse.” She truly deserves all our thanks.

She was like a healing balm for my pain. I sincerely hope she is granted everything she deserves and is honored for the love and limitless dedication she gives to her job. She is the best nurse I have ever encountered at Tawam Hospital. Thank you to her for her kindness, her smile, her noble character, and her sincere and dedicated work.
