I can't say enough great things about Peggy Sue. Since I started the manager role about a year ago, she has been an excellent team member. She constantly supports me, is patient, and takes the time to explain why we do the things we do. She never complains about having to travel since we have undergone changes in our department and are taking on new work. She has so much experience in her role that she can pull me out of any rabbit hole that I may end up down and does it with a caring attitude. She may not always smile, but deep down she has the best heart and a caring attitude and deeply cares that all the trauma and stroke programs succeed, and she will do anything to make that happen. I am so grateful to have her on my team. I can't thank her enough!
