From the moment I was brought back, Ashley and Kaylan did everything they could to make my visit a pleasant one. I’m a very hard, deep stick for an IV. Every line I’ve ever had has required ultrasound assistance. True to form, my veins were not cooperating. These two worked tirelessly to get a line placed, and they did it.

Not only did they succeed, but they also listened to all my concerns and my advice. This was only the second time I’ve ever been here, and the first time they’ve had to place an IV. They were hard workers who made me feel comfortable, joked around with me, and somehow turned a stressful situation into an enjoyable one.

I would trust either of these two with anything I needed done. I would happily send my family here if I knew one of these ladies would be taking care of them.
