Pauline has a heart for nursing. She is caring, compassionate, kind, and patient. Pauline always responded quickly to my mother’s needs. Mom never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes for her pain meds. That was a blessing. Mom’s pain was always at 7-8, and Pauline was always there ready to help with her medication. I appreciated this nurse dearly. Pauline always took Mom’s pain seriously. Her small acts of kindness made a big, positive impact! Pauline is a terrific nurses and i appreciate the great care she gave to my mom. We were always happy to see her. More nurses should strive to be as caring and compassionate as Pauline.
