Trish went above and beyond by ensuring both the parents and the patient were informed and involved in the care received. She provided the patient with comfort when needed, but also tough love to keep him ambulatory. She invited the parents to listen in on team briefings regarding the patient. She paid close attention to the quality and quantity of bowel movements and showed initiative in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the patient. She even offered for the parents to take a short break. Trish was never far away, and she is always quick to respond to our calls or when the machine beeps. Thank you, Trish!
