I just wanted to share a little update about my brother. He was in the hospital due to a sickle cell crisis, which has been tough. But here's a bit of a silver lining-while he's been in the hospital, Atlanta had snow, which they say is a once-in-a-decade event. It's a unique experience, and even though he couldn't go outside due to his condition, this nurse went above and beyond to make sure he could still enjoy it. She brought him cups of snow so he could have a little taste of the magic, all from the comfort of his hospital bed. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and a reminder that even in the toughest times, there are still small joys and moments of kindness.

I want to take a moment to thank a nurse for the incredible care she provided to my son during his hospital stay. She was not only kind and professional, but she also went above and beyond to bring joy to his day. Knowing he couldn't go outside, she made the extra effort to bring some snow inside for him-something he talked about with excitement in his voice. This nurse made me feel better. She made me laugh when I was in pain or uncomfortable. She listened to what I was saying. I was nervous about getting my Depo shot and she made me laugh and it was over. And she's a great person to talk to!
