To me, she is truly a superhero in scrubs—someone who exemplifies what compassionate healthcare should look like!
I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to the entire nursing staff at St. Luke's, with a special mention to Nurse Panagiota (Pam) and all the nurses and nursing assistants who have cared for my mother during her time with you.
From the very first moment, I was struck by how thoughtful, kind, and dedicated everyone was. Despite the holiday hustle and the demanding nature of their schedules, each nurse consistently greeted my mother with a warm smile and provided attentive care. They made sure she never felt alienated or forgotten, and the level of care she received was far beyond what I could have expected.
I must admit, I was initially hesitant to trust St. Luke’s with my mother’s care after hearing some less-than-ideal stories. However, the reality of her care has completely changed my perspective. Every nurse was incredibly compassionate, professional, and patient—especially Nurse Panagiota, or “Pam” as she is known on the floor. She was like a force of nature, managing the floor with the ease and confidence of someone who truly belonged there. Pam’s presence was not just calming but empowering; she brought energy, kindness, and a sense of hope into the room every time she came through the door. She made every patient feel as though they were her priority, treating them like family with great patience, understanding, and always making sure to update us, even when the news wasn’t what we wanted to hear. That kind of honesty, combined with her deep care, made her stand out. To me, she is truly a superhero in scrubs—someone who exemplifies what compassionate healthcare should look like!
While there was a minor mishap, it was handled with such efficiency and speed that I was immediately reassured that my mother was in capable hands. I truly have no complaints about the care she received from the nurses and the nursing assistants.
In conclusion, I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to all of the nursing staff who cared for my mother. They have restored my faith in the healthcare system, and I will forever be grateful for their hard work, dedication, and humanity. Please know that their efforts have made a world of difference during a very challenging time for our family.
