Pam was so helpful. I had a positive home Covid test. I tried to use My Chart at 2 am. I had many unanswered questions about the recommended Covid therapy. Pam answered the phone at IV Therapy in CRH. Pam answered all of my questions and was also so cheerful. Additionally, Pam looked up my chart and took some information from me about my positive test result. She called my primary doctor, communicated with the MA, and got things cleared up. Pam then called me back to assure me that the primary MA got the message and was going to get things moving. Wow, just a real caring person! Thanks, Pam!
