Orli is a certified nurse in the IVF department and has been working at Assuta Ramat HaHayal for 16 years.

In one case, a woman came in for an egg retrieval procedure at the IVF clinic, and Orli recognized her difficulty in undergoing the repeated procedure under full anesthesia. Orli offered to stay with the patient throughout the procedure, holding her hand. During the treatment, Orli explained each step of the egg retrieval process, and afterward, she even wrote the patient a "Certificate of Courage."
