Oralia is known for having a positive attitude and offering encouragement that lifts spirits. This was evident when a patient who wasn't the type to offer verbal appreciation sent a letter thanking her not only for helping him recover physically but also mentally and emotionally. He expressed that Oralia’s positive attitude helped remind him that progress is made one step at a time.
