We visit this office quite often with two toddlers (ages 3 and 1). We have been here less than a year since moving from South Carolina, and have been at this office at least a dozen times.

Every time we come, whether it’s a sick visit or wellness, Olivia V. greets my girls with the warmest smile and the best energy! She is truly their favorite part of going to the doctor's office. If Olivia is not our nurse, my 3-year-old is scoping out the office looking for her favorite nurse (which, as a nurse myself, makes me a little jealous, but Olivia is the BEST, so I’m ok coming in 2nd place). When she is our nurse, she takes her time and works at the girls’ pace. She’s got the perfect touch for all the shots! And the perfect personality to complement their crazy energy to keep things as smooth as possible.

When she is not our nurse, she actively engages with the girls anytime she sees them and supplies the coolest stickers and goodies! They are honestly more sad to leave Olivia than they are for their shots/ear exams/etc. Needless to say, she makes my life easier in that 30-60-minute appointment as a stressed-out mom of 2 crazy toddlers, and that makes all the difference as a parent. She’s one of a kind, and she deserves recognition for the amazing care she provides her patients and their parents. Thanks for all you do, Olivia!
