Olivia is not a typical manager. She came to us after hearing about my mom’s horrible experience on a different unit to ask us about what happened. She listened, took notes, and got involved right away, making sure that mom was heard and validated her feelings. 

She then went above and beyond to apologize and show us why she and her amazing team were worth our trust. 

She has stopped in daily to check on everyone, has listened to and addressed any and all concerns with a caring demeanor and professionalism not demonstrated on any other unit. 

She has developed an elite nursing team that has no equal. Her team shares her passion for patients, her extraordinary knowledge and her ability to think and act quickly and efficiently. 

She and her team are what the standards of nursing and management should be.
