Olivia Jones, BSN/RN

Olivia was my nurse for the day shift. I had been induced the night before, and it was not going well. From the minute she entered the room, her positive attitude and bedside manner made a huge difference in my stay. She could tell I was nervous, and she spent a lot of time with me that day.

I was really sad when her shift ended because I still had not gone into labor. The next day, she wasn't assigned to me as a patient but she still stopped by to see how I was doing. I had been having a difficult time getting my newborn to latch, and she was able to help me have one of my first successful latches.

She went above and beyond every time I interacted with her. She is absolutely fantastic!
