Olivia is a coworker whom you can always depend on and a nurse whom I look up to. She is still in her early years as a nurse, but her wisdom, knowledge, kindness, and care for patients are beyond words. She goes out of her way for her patients by advocating for them in times of need or sharing a laugh when it's needed. She has taught me so much about becoming a great nurse, and I strive to follow in her footsteps. I can’t wait to see what amazing things she will do in her future, as she is already such a well-accomplished and hard-working individual. I am so glad to know her and to see the impact she has on her patients and coworkers.
