When it comes to top-notch nursing care, I would say that she is the role model nurse. During the time in the CVICU, she set a high standard for what other nurses should strive to be. She was very friendly, had excellent communication skills, and calmed any anxieties we had about post-op care. She was gentle and kind, yet she made sure we did as the doctor ordered.

She was lovely every time she came to the room, always with a smile, acting as if we were the only patient she had. She took her time in the room, never rushing to leave, and cared more for us than any other nurse. She loves her job and her work, and her passion shows through with every caring interaction! We loved her!
