Nyla would just come around to check on me and assure me that she would make it her business to find out any answers and resolutions for me. My family and I greatly appreciate her efforts during our stay.
I came in for my 38-week check-up. During my visit, my water broke, so my doctor sent me over to be induced due to the concern of the size of my unborn child. While I was receiving Pitocin to help my body speed up the process, the doctor decided it was best to have a C-Section. I was terrified and under a lot of stress after the surgery. Nyla was the nurse tending to me as I went through the unbearable pain and stress of this day. Once I was sent over to recovery with my newborn, I encountered nurses who were too busy to help me through my journey. Nyla went above and beyond to ensure that I was fully aware of everything that was going on and taken care of. Each day I was faced with a new obstacle with no solution, yet Nyla would just come around to check on me and assure me that she would make it her business to find out any answers and resolutions for me. My family and I greatly appreciate her efforts during our stay. She was the best labor and delivery nurse we had. Thank you Nyla for everything!

Our nurse Nyla, was friendly, personable, and professional. Our son had to be transferred to women's and children's hospital so I've been with him and my wife had to stay here, but she kept my wife at ease the entire time, and was extremely friendly. I appreciate that Nyla was there for my family during this difficult time and it really means a lot. Thank you and she needs a medal/promotion/something.
