When she meets her patients for the first time, she presents herself with a big, warm, and welcoming smile. She establishes direct eye contact and introduces herself by name and position with confidence. She is very patient and compassionate when taking care of her patients. Before concluding any customer interactions, she ensures to ask, “Is there anything more I can do for you?” or “Are there any other questions that you would like me to answer?”
