After a very difficult experience at another facility and three sleepless days, we arrived at Sheikh Khalifa Hospital Fujairah feeling exhausted, worried, and overwhelmed. From the moment we arrived, Nurse Nouran introduced herself, treated us with kindness and compassion, and made us feel like family.

She provided exceptional care for my baby throughout the night, continuously reassuring me and encouraging me to rest by saying that my baby was in safe hands. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine concern gave me comfort, restored my trust, and made a very stressful situation much easier to bear.

I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care and support we received. I will always remember this nurse in my prayers, and I will never forget the kindness, compassion, and care she showed to my baby and our family during one of the most difficult times in our lives.
