Noemi – my angel nurse. Noemi cared for me for 4 of the 10 days I stayed in the hospital. I received great care from many nurses, but Noemi was outstanding. I had knee surgery, a staph infection needing frequent antibiotics, as well as blood transfusions. She spent a lot of time with me giving needed care and procedures. She was always smiling, happy, and positive, and was a ray of sunshine every time she entered my room. She was patient and kind, smart and very skilled. She was especially attentive the day I received blood and plasma. I was sorry to say goodbye on her last day before I was discharged. It was like saying goodbye to a good friend.
