Noel Prianes took the time to explain everything in my mother-in-law's native language, with kindness, patience, and thoroughness. He did not make us feel as if we were being a burden, even though I'm sure he had other things to do. Until he talked to her, she really didn't understand what had happened and what to expect. He ensured she would have the best outcome by explaining. I can not stress enough how vital Noel was to us and how extremely grateful we are for him.
