Nissa was my father’s nurse on multiple occasions, and each time she cared with him with compassion, dignity, and genuine kindness. She didn’t just see him as a patient; she saw him as a person, and that showed in every interaction. I always felt confident that when Nissa was caring for my dad, he was safe, respected, and truly looked after. Which made me feel like I could go home and get the much-needed rest as a caregiver. 

Nissa brought warmth, calm, and reassurance. She showed me that nursing isn't just about medical care - it's about presence, empathy, and understanding the ripple effect illness has on families. Her kindness made one of the hardest seasons of my life more bearable, and I will never forget the way she showed up for my family.
