Tonight, I came to ER in extreme pain and felt completely hopeless. I was full of anxiety and didn’t know if I would feel better coming to the hospital due to my extreme fear of needles and the long agony of waiting for help. Upon arrival, this Nurse greeted me with a warm smile and pure positive energy. I was able to fully express my pain and concern to him without feeling rushed or anxious. He reassured me he would do his best and that he did. When I say this has been my best experience at a hospital, period! I mean it. He started it all! He also patiently installed the best IV I have ever received! It was almost as if his positive energy was healing me! My pain started to subside just from speaking with this wonderful human! By far the best nurse I have ever met! And I'm going home feeling so blessed to have met this Angel. Oh, and he literally went out of his way to make sure my pain was gone! What a wonderful blessing!
