Nikki went over and beyond. She was very caring and explained so much that I didn’t know about my labor and delivery. She was extremely nice and caring. Wow! She is so amazing at what she does. I am so happy she took care of me. I am so thankful for her, and it lifted my spirits just to know she cares. I’ve never had a nurse explain all that I needed to know. Thank you, Nikki.
