Nicole has gone above and beyond her call of duty. She not only is extremely knowledgeable and confident in her field, but she is compassionate and has empathy for her patients. She checked in on me even when I wasn't assigned to her and gave me great pep talks that really helped me through some very difficult patches.

I have been hospitalized 4 times in the last year and in my opinion Nicole has been the best of the best. She is an excellent nurse all around. She is efficient, caring, knowledgeable, and has a wonderful disposition. She loves her work!
