Nicole was nominated by a mother. Her daughter was flown to LeBonheur after she was in a car accident. Both her daughter and her mother were critically injured. Nicole stepped in and reassured this worried mother as she was going back and forth between the two facilities her mother and daughter were in. The mother credits Nicole's compassion and caring with the recovery her daughter is making.
