She has such a great friendly personality; she is such a joy and help to all family.

My grandpa was very sick, and she didn't treat him like he was a dying old man. She joked with him and explained things to him and to us. She held his hand and was there for all of us. Her compassion for a guy who is typically independent and active is beyond what others would provide to him or us.
